Do you accept credit/debit card payments?

• No. We use POWR.IO as our Payment Gateway via  Paypal without any hidden fees. A Paypal account is  required.

Can I pay in my national currency?

• Powr.io/Paypal automatically converts currencies at checkout. You’ll be able to see how much you’re paying in your national currency there.

Do you offer discounts for large orders? (Over 5 Products)

• Yes, please contact support.

• You can also save money by purchasing our bundles.

Do you offer educational discounts?

• Not at the moment Im afraid. But If you are a Steinberg Certified Trainer Or Steinberg approved Training Centre - We offer a 10% Discount.

Do you offer refunds?

• We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests. Please read the product description before purchasing.

How do I download the product I purchased?

• After the payment has gone through, you’ll have a download link available in your payment windows & a Link will be sent to your Paypal Email Address that you submitted to Powr.io.

• Click on the "View – Download” button and you’ll be taken to a Powr.io - Google Drive Link page where you can download your product directly. Please email us, If you do not receive the Links / any unforeseen problems.

I ran out of download attempts, can I have more?

• Please Contact Us with proof of purchase, your username and the product name in question and we will help you receive a new Download link, with the caveat -  as long as the purchase was made within the last 12 months.

Do you sell physical products?

• No. All our products are digitally delivered via POWR.IO Front End Payment Gateway - We utilise a High Speed Content Delivery Network (CDN)  globally connected, (Google Drive)  to ensure your content & purchases reach your destination as fast as your Connection allows.

Can I create a product for you?

• YES ! - We’re always on the lookout for new product developers to contribute quality Content for our Marketplace. Please drop us a line via the Contact Us page and include a link to your music and any previous product development work you’ve done.

• I'm an established artist who wants to work with you, what can you offer me?

• You may be interested in working on a product for our Halion 6 / HalionSonic  Cubase Artist Series. Please contact us and we’ll get back to you.

Preset Libraries

​

The presets I purchased won't show up in my Mediabay. How can I fix this?

1. Make sure you’ve have  the latest version of Cubase installed for the content you selected during Checkout.

2. Double-check that you’ve unzipped and saved the presets to the appropriate folder as per the enclosed pdf instructions.

Can I use these presets in commercial releases?

• Yes. Every product on this website is 100% royalty free.

Can you make a sound set for Synth X?

• While we’re always looking for new opportunities, some synthesizers aren’t popular enough for the time and effort involved to create a sound set for them. We aim to supply presets for all Steinbergs VST software plugins.

Construction Kit/MIDI Libraries

What are construction kits?

• Construction kits are built from individual MIDI and/or audio elements that work together to create a full section of music. They can be used to:

• Produce an original song

• Practice mixing, arrangement, and other production techniques

• Provide inspiration

• Among various other things.

Can I use the MIDI files in my own music?

• Yes. All MIDI files are 100% royalty free and able to be used unchanged in your own productions.

Sample Libraries

• Can I use your sample libraries in DAW X?

• Our sample libraries are all in PCM WAV format and can be used in any software that supports that format, As does our Midi packs in GM Format.  PLEASE BE AWARE!!   MOST of our content is dedicated for useage within Cubase - Please dont expect the  dedicated preset packs for Steinberg Cubase & ITS ASSOCIATED INSTRUMENTS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE as a VST Plugin to work within Logic/Ableton/ Fruity loops etc - As We create content for seamless integration within Cubase & its dedicated Librarian - MediaBay.

Templates

Can I get template X for another DAW?

• Our templates are individually made for Cubase only. While we do cater for a range of different DAWs with our audio only content, we aren’t able to port templates to other DAWs.

Do the project files come with their own sound sets?

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, project files only come with the individual presets that have been used.

Can I use parts of a template in my own music?

• Our templates are 100% free meaning you’re able to draw inspiration from them and use certain elements. However, we strongly discourage people to repackage the template as an "original” and call it their own. The templates on sale in our Marketplace  are primarily educational products, and should be used as such.

Compatability

What operating systems are your products compatible with?

• Unless stated otherwise, our products are compatible with both Windows and Mac. Some products are designed for Windows or Mac-only applications, Cubase is one of the few Cross Platform DAWS.

• We’re always on the lookout for promotional opportunities. Please contact us and we’ll talk further.

Do you have a release date for product X?

• In our Marketplace we aim to deliver the highest quality products possible. We only release products when we’re 100% satisfied with them, having check installation & compatability fully with the Cubase Version You selected at Checkout.

Do you sell third party products?

• YES. However, we retain  Inhouse developers & have dedicated Engineers & Platinum winning producers,  solely dedicated to creating the content we retail in our Marketplace. Our Content & Packs will be available NO where else on the Internet apart from this website. 

How can I use the sounds/presets/construction kits?

• You may use and modify sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions and productions, including film soundtracks, video productions, radio/TV programs or commercials, computer games, presentations, and more.

• Read the license agreement for more details about how and where you can use the files included in our products.

Can I sell a product second hand?

• No. The license we offer is non-transferable to any 3rd Party after initial Sale.
